| Description: | The Parts Route Salesmen will maintain and sell parts and supplies to Trane residential dealers in Houston, TX and the surrounding areas. We are looking for an energetic, customer service oriented individual. |
| Duties: | • Travels through assigned territories in Company route truck to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit and deliver orders. Occasional overnight travel
• Displays and demonstrates products.
• Creates proper warranty paperwork, WCR, invoices, and credits.
• Reviews all warranty paperwork to insure accuracy, and determines proper procedure concerning disposal of all parts.
• Inventory stock and prepare sales invoices for products sold, or zero price invoices for warranty parts used.
• Delivers product to customer, stock shelves, and rotates inventory as required.
• Prepares end of day reports of business transactions, places future orders for sales, review days sales and informs management on any unresolved issues or opportunities.
• Maintains daily reports, i.e. Daily Trip Report and Time Logs and provides to management.
• Maintains daily truck inventory and does weekly physical inventory and reports any variations to management.

| Qualifications: | • Ability to read and interpret documents such a safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write route reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
• The employee is required to have a valid Texas Drivers License and Driver required to be 21 years of age. |
